How To:Backup Your Twitter Data
This is the only thing missing on Twitter, a backup system. As you know, old tweets are not stored, it comes a moment where tweets start disappearing.
Tweetake is the service that will prevent that problem from happening, it allows you to download your data to store it locally.After clicking on the “Get’ em” button, a small file will be downloaded, is an CSV file that can be opened with Excel very easily, and since is divided in files and columns, you can even search trough it. This way, all your data will belong to you, and in case something happens to Twitter (remember when the followers were reduced to 0?), you will always have the backup plan.
