Friends I really don't what happened with Vodafone SMS trick. It works for some numbers while it doesn't work for some. So I researched for sometime and brought about an old trick which works even now. The trick is based on mobile number portability.
Send an SMS PORT YOUR NUMBER to 1909. You may get an offer for sending free messages.

VODAFONE FREE SMS second trick

Otherwise activate an offer in which you can send the first two messages which are paid. Then all other messages for free. Send the first two messages to 1909. You will lose no balance and it works on Vodafone.
